Studio LCA was founded in 1995 with the need to provide the business and self-employed workers market with a tax, corporate, contractual, administrative-accounting and economic consultancy service tailored to the specific needs of each customer.

Studio ELLA is the administrative services entity that operates both for LCA Studio’s clients and for third parties.
The director of the Company Linda Anastasio Lobis is an Ancit Tax Consultant and registered in the Register of Appraisers and Experts of the Milan Chamber of Commerce. The services include all the needs of VAT general accounting and tax declarations such as to offer the necessary support to establish a correct relationship with the tax authorities.
From the maintenance of both ordinary and simplified accounting, to the drafting of the financial statements, explanatory notes and related minutes of joint-stock companies, in compliance with civil and tax legislation. Preparation of monthly, half-yearly and interim reports in English and German. Cash Flow and Balance Sheet Analysis. Monthly settlements and processing of F24 forms with telematic transmission and dispatch.
Keeping and printing of mandatory civil and fiscal accounting books and registers. Complete care of the individual accounting areas: suppliers, customers, assets, withholdings. Intrastat forms, customer and supplier lists, Conai, black lists, notices of intent.
We prepare all tax returns, both direct and indirect taxes, and take care of their electronic transmission. We make use of Labor Consultants for the processing of pay slips and the related declarations/communications to the relevant bodies. The firm uses the accounting and declaration management program of an important software house partner of the ODCEC of Milan with the possibility of sending any type of accounting documentation or tax declaration via file.
